Policies

We process orders *within 1-2 Business days* Monday to Friday following the notification of the order. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following business day. 


Delivery times are estimated AFTER shipping and based on business days  (Monday-Friday) and do not include weekends or holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. 

**Standard Shipping

All 50 states within the US including PO Boxes. 

Available to APOs/FPOs and US territories. 

Signature required on orders $350 or more.

**Expedited and Overnight Shipping:  

Orders must be placed by 12PM CST to be shipped the  same business day. Cost of shipping will be added to the purchase price. 

If an order is placed after 12PM CST, it will not ship until the next business day.

Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will  receive an email notification with your tracking number.

  • Delays with USPS, UPS, or FedEx 
  • If a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrectly   entered address or undeliverable address. 
  • Lost, damaged, misdelivered, or packages marked as  delivered.

RETURN POLICY: 

The Del Rio Feed & Supply accepts Returns *within 14 days* of  the purchase date. 

  • Eligible returns are for STORE CREDIT only. Store credit is issued in the form of a store gift card/discount code.
  • No refunds will be issued. No returns or refunds for custom cap orders.
  • No Exchanges. All Sales final on items in the Sale Barn.

  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returns.
  • All items are inspected on return. Items returned in poor condition will be returned to the customer as Final Sale.
  • Call us at 830-775-5090 to start the return process.

**We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online *within 14 days* of the purchase date for store credit. **Please include the original invoice in the returned package.

  • FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or store credit. All Sales Final.
